Supervising animator on Olaf, and generally awesome guy Hyrum Osmond joins me for show number seven.
Hyrum honours his lineage of famous Osmonds, with his incredible work on the hugely acclaimed ‘Frozen’ as well as ‘Tangled’, ‘Wreck it Ralph’, ‘Bolt’, ‘Prep and Landing’ and ‘Paperman’. In this interview Hyrum talks about his time at Avalanche and the move over to feature animation. He gives in-dept advise on showreels, and how to go about applying to Walt Disney Studios. As well as this, we discuss various aspects of animation such as appeal and rhythm through poses…Hyrum also lets us in, on Glen Keane’s secrete to animation :)
